About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Manager to join our team at the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the corporate security program, including the enhancement of policies and procedures, personnel security, security event management, training, testing and awareness.

You will work closely with the Director, Business Integration, and other subject matter experts to identify and manage corporate security risks, plan and manage the day-to-day operations of CDIC's corporate security programs, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with specialized and expert knowledge in corporate security management and controls, frameworks and methodologies of risk management and incident management.

You should have strong written and communication skills to communicate with all levels across the organization, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience as a people leader in corporate security, providing advice, guidance, direction, and assessing performance is also essential.

Requirements
  • Specialized and expert knowledge in corporate security management and controls
  • Significant experience in risk management and incident management

  • Language Requirements: BBB (bilingualism in French & English, intermediate level)
