Facility Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities at Yougood Education Ltd. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove debris, dirt, and refuse.
- Facility Upkeep: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Vendor Coordination: Contact contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Minor Repairs: Perform basic repairs on appliances as needed.
- Tenant Relations: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, providing a thorough overview of the facilities.
- Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
