Job Title: Senior Human Resources Advisor, Staffing

The National Capital Commission offers a dynamic and flexible work environment that values employee well-being and productivity. As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, Staffing, you will play a key role in leading full-cycle staffing and recruitment processes to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle staffing and recruitment processes, ensuring timely and proactive advice to management.
  • Provide exceptional client service to management, ensuring the organization can meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement staffing and recruitment programs and policies, using electronic application tracking systems.
  • Analyze problems and develop options and/or recommendations when providing advice on staffing matters.
  • Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Requirements:
  1. University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Administration, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience related to the position.
  2. Three to five years of professional experience delivering a full range of staffing services to clients, including using electronic application tracking systems and providing advice and guidance to clients on staffing and recruitment programs and policies.
  3. Knowledge of staffing principles, processes, and best practices.
  4. Ability to consistently deliver quality HR services to clients in a timely, proactive, and effective manner.
  5. Ability to organize and prioritize concurrent requests and deliver results.
  6. Ability to analyze problems and develop options and/or recommendations when providing advice on staffing matters.
  7. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
