Senior Asset Management Executive

As we unite as a single, cohesive Credit Union, this internal opportunity is accessible to all personnel from both Legacy Servus and connectFirst Credit Union. In the role of Portfolio Manager for the Stride Leasing Collections team, you will formulate and implement strategies for the management and disposition of off-lease assets, which includes collaboration with external marketers and recovery business associates.
Oversight of returned equipment, encompassing documentation, lien investigations, credit assessments, and asset valuation for resale.
Coordination of equipment seizure, legal documentation, and comprehensive collection processes.
Maintain ongoing communication with legal representatives, providing updated financial records, reviewing legal documents, assisting with research, and offering further instructions and approvals as cases progress.
Prepare and manage claims through small claims court, overseeing all phases up to judgment.Supervise the various stages of equipment transition from seizure to the recovery of outstanding balances.
Familiarity with business credit and security documentation, along with a solid understanding of contract law as it relates to security agreements, is essential.
Experience in managing challenged accounts and practical knowledge of collection methodologies is required.Education and Training:
A relevant graduate degree such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA would be advantageous.
