About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will play a critical role in helping our wealth advisors deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our wealth management services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities
Requirements
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in communications or a related field
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Knowledge of Office Suite 365 and comfortable using IT tools
