Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SKEENA TRADING COMPANY LTD. in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. If you have a passion for retail and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, including market research and trend analysis.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
