Job Summary

This role is part of the Technology Innovation Strategy & Performance Management team mandated to help define and support Royal Bank of Canada's bold ambitions and transformation journey.

As a Senior Manager, Strategy, you will be instrumental in being a thought partner, challenger, and problem-solver, driving business growth and innovation through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on technology innovation and strategy
  • Drive business case development and implementation
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
