Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet customer demands.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including estimating ingredient and supply costs.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
