About the Role

Hopper is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our Disruption team, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Fintech products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use this insight to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to design and launch new features and products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with external partners to develop and implement new business strategies.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products and features.
  • Strong understanding of Fintech and Insurtech products, with a keen interest in innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
