Job Description

Fintech Innovation Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Information Technology Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT team and overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems and data
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our organization remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT role
  • Proven track record of leading IT teams and delivering successful projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong technical skills, including MS SQL Server
Work Environment
  • Permanent full-time position
  • English language required
  • 40 hours per week
