LPN Role at Greenstaff Medical Canada

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care and perform various medical procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established nursing facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records to support patient care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient health status and progress, providing timely updates and interventions as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in good standing.
  • BLS/CPR certification and knowledge of Med Surg principles.
  • Immunization record, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Two-Step TB.

Work Arrangements:

  • Fixed-term contract with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $45.00.
