Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Yami Yummy Inc.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise, including fuel, food, and other products, to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
  • Area of Specialization: Retail store management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, and initiative.
