About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at PHOENIX FUEL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas bar and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Hire, train, and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the ordering and inventory management of merchandise, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and that we have a good selection of products available to our customers.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve any issues that may arise with customer transactions.
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are adequately covered at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Work with our sales staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high levels of pressure.
    • Be able to stand for extended periods, and be able to lift and move merchandise as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a gas station or retail environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30-40 hours per week.
