Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at PHOENIX FUEL. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and design team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign Duties and Tasks: Effectively allocate responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the gas station.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize sales and minimize losses.
  • Performance Reviews and Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the growth and development of team members.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, address supply shortages, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Work Schedules and Reporting: Establish and manage work schedules, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient, organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent oral communication skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
