Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Organize events, programs, and activities to enhance client experiences.
  • Work Coordination: Schedule and oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintenance Management: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs of salon equipment.
  • Client Assistance: Provide support to clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Act as the primary contact for handling emergency situations effectively.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Monitoring: Oversee the quality of services and production levels to maintain high standards.
  • Cleaning Oversight: Ensure the thorough cleaning of specialty items and equipment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit various reports on progress and operational status.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, providing technical advice and recommendations for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
  • Training: Train staff in their job responsibilities and promote a safe working environment.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-15 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Background Check: A criminal record check is required.
