Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our salon, including managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, communicate effectively with team members and management, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service.
