Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shree Ambe Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, and order office supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
