As a Data Architecture Director, you will be responsible for guiding a team of experienced developers in the design and implementation of our data architectures. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-value, Multi-Cloud and Cloud Native solutions. You will collaborate with infrastructure, data architects, and product teams to drive innovation and excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Directing the development of data architectures and ensuring adherence to established coding standards and software development practices.
• Mentoring and guiding team members to facilitate their professional growth and technical proficiency.
• Participating in the coding, testing, and debugging phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Leading technical decision-making and serving as the primary point of contact for complex technical issues.
• Managing technical risks and opportunities.
• Performing code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and robust code.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of managing technical resources and developers.
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple teams to provide quality software solutions.
• Passion for data and technology with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in building strong technical teams and talent.
