Service Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming service department phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book service appointments and manage the service schedule.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and provide support to the service team.
  • Ensure customer mobility and arrange for shuttle or loaner vehicles as needed.
  • Balance cash at the end of the day and handle customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers regarding special ordered parts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist customers with vehicle pickup and payment processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the refreshment area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
