Le gérant de restaurant est responsable de la gestion quotidienne de l'établissement. Voici quelques-unes de ses principales responsabilités :

  • Évaluation des performances : effectuer des évaluations de performance.
  • Coûts : calculer les coûts des produits et services.
  • Contrôle des alcools : appliquer la législation et les réglementations provinciales et territoriales concernant les alcools.
  • Inventaire : organiser et maintenir l'inventaire.
  • Sécurité et santé : s'assurer que les réglementations de sécurité et de santé sont respectées.
  • Négociations : négocier avec les clients pour des commandes de catering ou l'utilisation des installations.
  • Lider les équipes : diriger et instruire les membres de l'équipe.
  • Servir les clients : répondre aux plaintes ou préoccupations des clients.
  • Service client : fournir un service client de qualité.
  • Gestion des opérations : planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.
Supervision

Le gérant de restaurant supervise entre 3 et 10 employés.

Expérience

Le candidat doit avoir entre 1 et 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

Conditions d'emploi

Le poste est permanent et les heures de travail sont de 30 à 40 heures par semaine.

La langue de travail est l'anglais.
