Are you looking for a career opportunity in the aviation industry? Executive Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent to work at the Masset Airport.



This role involves greeting passengers, following airline specific check-in policies and procedures, and providing pre-flight first class or priority seating grooming for the flight.



Responsibilities:


  • Greeting passengers and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Following airline specific check-in policies and procedures
  • Providing pre-flight first class or priority seating grooming for the flight
  • Managing passenger boarding as per airline procedures
  • Understanding flight document requirements and carry-on allowances
  • Positively working with airline crew
  • Enforcing airline and airport policies and procedures to passengers
  • In some cases, learning how to bridge an airplane
  • Performing other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role is considered an asset
  • Previous airport experience is also considered an asset
  • Flexible availability to work shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
