At Techo-Bloc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments to our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Invoice Processing: Verify and validate invoices, register them in the Dynamics AX system, and ensure that all necessary supporting documents are in order.
- Payment Processing: Make payments to suppliers according to their payment terms, using EFT, wires, checks, or credit cards.
- Supplier Management: Validate supplier accounts, ensure that paid invoices are no longer on their statements, and prepare new supplier accounts as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Compliance: Validate GST/QST & HST numbers of vendors on an annual basis and ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Education: College diploma in administration.
- Language: Bilingualism (French and English) is required, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal relationships, organization, and structure, with a high level of rigor and attention to detail.
