Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at 426889 BC LTD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery to meet customer demands.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations.
- Draw up production schedules to optimize bakery operations and meet customer demands.
- Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
- Ability to distinguish between colors to ensure accurate labeling and presentation of products.
- Attention to detail to maintain high-quality products and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity to handle heavy loads and operate machinery.
