Position Overview

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tile Setting Supervisor to oversee our tile installation projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present production reports and other relevant documentation
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of tile setters and other workers
  • Schedule and oversee project timelines and activities
  • Manage apprenticeship training programs
  • Recruit, hire, and conduct staffing actions as necessary
  • Facilitate training sessions for new employees
  • Set up and maintain machines and equipment used in tile installation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Provide leadership and instruction to team members
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Work Environment

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
