Job Title: Tile Setter

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for setting tiles in place and applying pressure to affix them to the base. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base
  • Align and straighten tiles
  • Prepare tenders and quotations
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles
  • Supervise other workers
