Job Overview:

The primary function of the Store Operations Manager is to ensure an outstanding and efficient customer journey while overseeing the daily operations of the Collision Center in accordance with established guidelines and protocols. This role involves strategizing and executing the daily activities of the Collision Center to guarantee that key performance indicators (KPIs) and insurance benchmarks are achieved. The Store Operations Manager is tasked with mentoring and empowering each team member to excel in their respective roles. This position is crucial in upholding the highest standards of professionalism in customer service, and the Store Operations Manager plays a significant role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring seamless collaboration among all team members. Store Operations Managers are dedicated to leading by example consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the effective implementation of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy. Develop and oversee the annual and monthly financial plans for the collision center. Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales, profit, and expense targets. Conduct formal annual performance evaluations and informal monthly assessments. Oversee all accounts payable and receivable related to the Collision Center. Maintain a tidy and organized repair facility at all times. Supervise all maintenance activities for shop equipment, including the paint booth. Provide necessary training for all personnel. Ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols and dress code requirements. Open and close the facility in accordance with established procedures. Facilitate daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery timelines. Manage all estimates to ensure labor distribution aligns with established standards. Oversee store capacity. Lead and supervise all personnel within the repair facility. Organize monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings, and participate in monthly management meetings. Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by the Senior Leadership Team. Review store customer satisfaction performance and follow up within 24 hours.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience. Demonstrated leadership experience in a collision repair setting or a comparable role.

Essential Skills and Abilities

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to consistently deliver a positive client experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capability to inspire and motivate others through effective coaching and management techniques.
