Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide expert advice to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and care. Manage service appointment scheduling efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. Monitor the status of repair orders throughout the day, keeping customers informed of any changes in estimates or timelines. Handle phone inquiries related to ongoing work and appointments, ensuring prompt responses to messages.Qualifications:
Prior experience in the automotive sector. Familiarity with the Reynolds and Reynolds system is a significant advantage. Strong attention to detail. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering teamwork.
