The Opportunity

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to become a vital part of our AdaptiveWork team.

AdaptiveWork is Clarizen's comprehensive work management solution designed for project portfolio management and professional services teams. It allows teams of all sizes to achieve real-time visibility across their tasks, automate workflows, proactively manage risks, and enhance business outcomes.

Our DevOps Engineers are enthusiastic about automation and cloud infrastructure. They collaborate closely with our Development, Product Management, and Security teams to create, develop, and troubleshoot solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

What You'll Do

Work with Development teams to design, enhance, and optimize our application deployments (CI/CD) and infrastructure management (IaC) Oversee existing hybrid (Public / Private) environments using observability tools and automation effectively Transition non-public cloud workloads to AWS Diagnose and resolve production infrastructure and application challenges Continuously enhance operational efficiencies through technology, processes, and automation Collaborate with global team members (English) Participate in on-call support rotation What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field 5+ years in a programming/scripting role (Python, PowerShell, Groovy, C#) 3+ years of experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code (Rundeck, SaltStack, Terraform, CloudFormation) Proficient with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub actions) and managing SDLC environments (Development, Testing, Staging, Production) Extensive experience managing Windows and Linux environments Hands-on experience with observability tools/services (Datadog, LogicMonitor, New Relic, Sumo Logic) Managed large-scale production workloads in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure) Practical knowledge of containerization and service delivery via containers (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS)
