Your Impact
As a Senior Cloud Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions. Your expertise in cloud technologies and SRE principles will drive the success of our cloud initiatives and ensure our systems operate flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement highly available and scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions, aligning with business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to existing systems and applications.
  3. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  4. Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and best practices.
  5. Configure and manage cloud environments, utilizing infrastructure-as-code automation tools to provision and scale resources efficiently.
  6. Implement and enforce robust cloud security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability assessments.

Requirements

  1. A successful candidate should showcase their expertise in Python, Bash, or Terraform, with a strong focus on architecting and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  2. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with relevant certifications highly desirable.
  3. Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or a similar role, with a strong focus on designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.
  4. Solid knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including its services, features, and deployment models.
  5. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python, with experience in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation highly desirable.
  6. Strong understanding of networking concepts, virtualization technologies, and containerization platforms.
