Position Overview

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals while ensuring operational excellence. This permanent position requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in management and leadership.

Work Environment

This role is situated within the Accommodation and Food Services sector, emphasizing a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources effectively, including material, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior management roles.
  • Oversee the coordination of activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint delegates for such purposes.
  • Recruit and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring they have the authority and resources needed to succeed.
  • Implement financial and administrative oversight, develop promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of over 20 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Office and other relevant technologies.

Safety and Compliance

Must undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
