Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Agent to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide, developing new sources of supply, and leading negotiations to secure the best possible terms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commodity strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead and participate in the development of business cases for new projects
- Identify and analyze cost reduction opportunities
- Manage projects to prepare business cases and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Provide project and negotiation statuses to senior management
- Support sites and business units with sourcing strategies
- Coordinate and lead negotiations of claims with suppliers
- Support business units in the application of contractual remedies
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, law, supply chain, or equivalent
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry or manufacturing environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management
- Strong team player with leadership and innovation skills
- High proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong capabilities in operations and financial management
- Familiarity with Just-In-Time purchasing logistics, integrated supply chain, and lean manufacturing concepts
