  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and transportation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in JDE Order Management, Transportation, and other business process tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual/French required.
