Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Altair Engineering Canada, Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Conduct work measurement and other studies to optimize production workflows.
- Collect and compile operational and experimental data to inform manufacturing decisions.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business operations.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a 40-hour workweek.
