About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pragra Incorporated. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and security of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement business solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Provide expert advice on IT strategy, policy, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess and mitigate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to assess software products and information systems.
  • Operate testing equipment to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Android, and Jira.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and client focus.
  • Strong judgement and team player skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
