About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at POPURI TECHNOLOGIES INC. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their business needs.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation to support the development and implementation of our information systems.
  • Analysis and Planning: Prepare thorough cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support the implementation of new systems and solutions.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security and Compliance: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to assess the quality of our assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to our clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours per week) that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
