About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pragra Incorporated. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and security of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Android, and Jira.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and client focus.
  • Strong judgement and team player skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
