About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pragra Incorporated. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Agile, Android, Jira, and strong knowledge of IT security risk assessment and quality assurance practices.
