Position Overview:

We are in search of a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing our corporate liquidity and cash flow management. This role is essential for ensuring efficient financial operations and maintaining precise financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily corporate liquidity, managing cash inflows and outflows, including wire transfers and cash flow movements.
  • Develop and analyze weekly cash forecasts on a rolling 12-month basis, adjusting forecasts based on banking activities and investigating variances to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain short-term funding needs and assess the cash flow implications of long-term trends and distribution forecasts.
  • Conduct periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial statement reporting.
  • Prepare treasury-related month-end journal entries, including bank fees, foreign exchange gains/losses, and interest income/expenses.
  • Execute monthly bank and tender reconciliations to guarantee payment accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or unusual items.
  • Ensure accurate accounting for foreign currency transactions, balances, and revaluations, performing necessary analytics.
  • Propose, implement, and sustain process enhancements to optimize cash management and treasury operations.
  • Supervise and manage the cash transaction process, ensuring effective controls around banking transactions and systems.
  • Compile monthly financial treasury reports for management evaluation.
  • Review and maintain administrative permissions, access rights, and signing authorities for bank accounts, providing updates to management regularly.
  • Assist external auditors during financial statement audits as required.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses, reports, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury management or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CTP, CFA) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and financial management software (experience with Netsuite is a significant advantage).
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with the capability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change initiatives.
  • High level of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
