Key Responsibilities- Deliver thorough, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients.
- Utilize clinical expertise in assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up.
- Thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team setting.
- Demonstrate sound professional judgment in all aspects of care.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- A genuine passion for the profession and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in return-to-work programs and interdisciplinary care is advantageous.
- Familiarity with chronic pain management and concussion care is a plus.
