Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver thorough, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients.
  • Utilize clinical expertise in assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Demonstrate sound professional judgment in all aspects of care.
Qualifications for Success
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • A genuine passion for the profession and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience in return-to-work programs and interdisciplinary care is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with chronic pain management and concussion care is a plus.
