Job Title: Site Reliability Specialist

At NBC, we're seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Specialist to join our DevOps squad. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in innovating, developing, and maintaining the availability and reliability of our assets in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact between internal consumers and our team
  • Analyze and investigate data anomalies to optimize data processing and correct production environments
  • Participate in efforts to automate work methods and processes
  • Diagnose problems and develop permanent solutions to ensure continuous improvement of our assets
  • Respond and take action as a Level 2 expert in the event of asset incidents

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in supporting and maintaining IT tools and environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis
  • Experience manipulating and using databases, managing cloud operations (AWS), and knowledge of ETL, microservice, and API processing tools
  • Knowledge of automated deployment (Jenkins) and code versioning (Git) tools, as well as DevOps and continuous integration practices

Language: French and English
