  • Checkout Procedures: Manage guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest security.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
Work Environment

This position is set in a dynamic and fast-paced hotel environment, requiring:

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing guest information and transactions.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods while providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
