Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customs entries, including classification, valuation, and documentation
  • Coordinate with international transporters and importers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including HTS, PGA, and customs regulations
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Perform data entry and scanning tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare reports and presentations using various software and databases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent international qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, laws, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Certification from the Association of Customs Brokers - Preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/French)
