Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Brokerage Representative III to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customs brokerage team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing customs entries, coordinating with international transporters and importers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customs entries, including classification, valuation, and documentation
- Coordinate with international transporters and importers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including HTS, PGA, and customs regulations
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Perform data entry and scanning tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare reports and presentations using various software and databases
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent international qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field
- Knowledge of customs regulations, laws, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certification from the Association of Customs Brokers - Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/French)
