Primary Duties:

As a Hospitality Services Representative, you will report to the Hospitality Services Manager and:

  • Exhibit a warm and welcoming demeanor towards guests and colleagues
  • Adhere to company and brand protocols
  • Manage guest interactions during the check-in and check-out procedures
  • Facilitate and oversee reservations, alongside check-in and check-out responsibilities
  • Assist with inquiries and address any guest concerns
  • Work in conjunction with various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, ideally within a hotel environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel; knowledge of Fosse PMS is advantageous
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Authorized to work in Canada
