Retail Store Supervisor

Alberta Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
