Parking Enforcement - PART TIME WEEKENDS
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in upholding parking regulations on our properties.
We are currently seeking candidates for a PART TIME position.
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday: 07:00am to 3:00pm each week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols and generate precise reports regarding all incidents.
- Implement parking regulations by monitoring assigned areas, issuing warnings and violation notices as per guidelines, and directing vehicles to appropriate parking zones.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our parking services effectively.
- Communicate various parking services clearly and assist parkers as needed.
- Perform vacant stall counts at different times to assess traffic flow and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Collect parking fees from automated payment systems.
- Maintain and replenish change and paper supplies in automated payment machines and clean solar panels as necessary.
- Carry out minor maintenance on equipment as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate services for technical support.
- During patrols, identify infrastructure repairs, parking lot hazards, and incidents, reporting them promptly.
- Provide escort services for parking attendants to cash reconciliation centers at the end of their shifts.
- Respond to and initiate radio dispatch calls regarding parking violations and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Standard Level C First Aid training is an asset.
- Proficient in English, capable of reading and understanding regulations, and able to write clear reports.
- Ability to make swift decisions in emergency situations with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit to walk up to 30+ kilometers daily.
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in parking enforcement is advantageous but not mandatory.
