Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement DE&I strategies, working closely with the DE&I Council and ERGs.
  • Oversee projects and action plans related to the DE&I roadmap, ensuring seamless collaboration with respective owners.
  • Recommend impactful initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarks to elevate DE&I for office and plant employees.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the DE&I Council and ERG Leaders, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage our employee resource groups (ERGs), collaborating with ERG Leaders to create a sense of community and belonging.
  • Translate DE&I metrics into actionable insights, delivering data-driven reports to key stakeholders.
  • Empower HR, ERG members, employees, and leaders to create an inclusive environment through DE&I tools and learning activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments of programs and practices to ensure DE&I is adequately addressed.
  • Participate in cross-expertise project development and deployment related to DE&I, including Performance, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Wellness, Global Communication, and HR Technology.
