Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics performance.
  • Ensure the effective operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Organize maintenance and repair activities as necessary.
  • Address operational challenges, offering technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train staff on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks.

  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
