Exciting Opportunity: Family Practice Physician Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Disera Medical. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our Ambulatory Care Centre and Private Practice settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document patient medical information, including medical history, allergies, and medications
  • Conduct thorough health examinations, including physical assessments and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote healthy habits and prevent illnesses
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, and provide vaccinations and preventive care
  • Offer health advice and counseling to patients, and advocate for their needs
  • Deliver emergency care and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution
  • Licensure by local authorities
  • Specializations in Family Practice, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and Psychotherapy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and reliable, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
