### Job Title: Superintendent

#### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage all aspects of institutional construction projects from pre-construction planning to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional new builds exceeding $15 million and a strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction safety.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all aspects of institutional construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations on-site
* Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients
* Resolve any issues that arise on-site quickly and efficiently

#### Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction
* Proven track record in institutional new builds exceeding $15 million
* Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field
* Gold Seal, PMP, LEED, or equivalent certification required
* Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction safety
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
