Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Enhanced Client Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client services, ensuring the highest level of support and care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of client services staff to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on client service metrics and trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in client services supervision or management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of housing and support services for vulnerable populations
